Our Products

We aim to present our jewelry accurately through product descriptions and photographs. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and lighting. Images may be enlarged to show detail, so please refer to the measurements and specifications in each product description.

Many of our pieces are one of a kind or available in limited quantities. Availability may change, and placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

Please review the product’s materials, gemstone details, and dimensions before placing an order. If you have questions about a piece, please contact us before purchasing.

We may update product listings, discontinue pieces, or limit quantities or sales destinations. These changes do not alter the agreed specifications of an order we have already accepted or affect your rights under applicable law.

Orders

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. For products purchased directly through our online store, we accept your order when we dispatch it and send you a shipping confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, a material pricing or listing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or an unlawful transaction. If this happens, we will notify you using the contact information provided and promptly refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you wish to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly at roshejewels@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that a request can be accommodated once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Custom Orders

For custom-designed pieces, we provide written confirmation of the design, price, and estimated completion time before proceeding. A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

Custom-designed pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges under our voluntary return policy, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and Billing

Prices and available currencies are displayed on our website. The currency, product prices, discounts, and applicable charges for your order are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices or introduce, modify, or end promotions. Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Promotions may have additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, exclusions, and expiration dates, which will be stated with the offer.

Applicable taxes and any shipping charges collected by us are shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be payable separately by the recipient, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information and to use only a payment method you are authorized to use. All payments are subject to authorization and verification by the relevant payment provider.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
