Shipping policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

We offer free shipping within the United States and a flat shipping rate of $75 USD for international orders. We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Processing Times

Standard orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders requiring ring resizing are shipped within 2–3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Production and shipping estimates for custom orders are confirmed individually with each customer.

Delivery

US orders are normally shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, with estimated delivery times of 7–10 business days after shipment.

Processing times are separate from delivery times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

All shipments are insured for their full value and require a signature upon delivery.

International Duties and Taxes

International shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
